BioHi! My name is Orenda, though I prefer to go by the nickname Benny.
Gender: Female

Height: 5'6"-ish

I really don't know what goes in my journal. Probably random happenings and bits of my life. Day to day stuff, perhaps, but I usually journal when I'm upset or angry or super-excited about something. I kinda forget to write things down a lot, so I'm probably going to update like "Oh, this and this and this happened."
My personality:
I'm a total pervert, I'm weird, and I'm a spaz. But in a good way. I'm generally pretty perky and happy and energetic. I'm a manga/anime/yaoi freak. I will tell you straight up, right now, that I have a thing for pretty Asian guys. I'm pretty independent as a person, though I do have a very clingy attachment to people who are close to me. I've been told I'm stubborn, and I know I have a strong will. I'm argumentative and loud, sometimes, or shy and quiet (while sitting in a corner), but usually I'm pretty friendly and open with people. I take my beliefs very seriously. I say beliefs and not religion. I'm an atheist. I believe in a lot of different things, though. Maybe I'll post a journal entry about that....
About Me and the Arts:
I'm a fanfiction writer, sort of... I'm good with writing, but not so good with staying on character. I write my own random slash stories. But generally it's all my own original characters. I'm a fairly good artist, too, or at least that's what people tell me. I don't have Photoshop, but I wish I did. I'm more of a studio artist, and I do pretty well with clay (and mediums like it). I've had my work in at least three shows, and gotten Merits for my work on multiple occasions.
About Me and Gaming:
I'm a gamer. And an apparently rare FEMALE gamer, though I know plenty more where I came from. I'm a Nintendo kid. I grew up playing their systems, and I think the Wii is better than either of the other current platforms right now. I'm still a Pokefreak. Yeah, you heard me. I PLAY POKEMON. I love RPGs, and I play oldschool Final Fantasy VII. Though I've gotten into the FPS genre lately. I love Resident Evil 4, and Bioshock is (in my opinion) one of the best games ever. But like I said, I'm a Nintendo freak, and I love Brawl and want Twilight Princess, although I do like some of the games that came out for Gamecube. My all time favorite game franchise has got to be the Legend of Zelda games. I am quite possible addicted to them. I really hope to get a DS someday, because I want to play Nintendogs SOOOO bad. It looks adorable. So anyways... yeah, that's me.
About Me and Japan:
I'm a Japanophile. I love Japan. I love the culture, the food, the language, and the people and the fashion, and everything about the country really. I started out really young, eating sushi and watching Hayao Miyazaki movies. (My Neighbor Totoro is still my favorite.) Now I'm all grown up and I'm an anime obsessed weirdo who still eats sushi and accidentally reads American comics right to left. Seriously. I'm a big fan of Japanese music, specifically their rock bands. I have a lot of favorites, way too many to list here. My major in college is Japanese Studies, and I plan to possibly live over there in Japan someday. In fact, that's one of my bigger goals in life.
So yes, those are my general points of life, and my personality.
